I think the Panoplies are REALLY cool! A much appreciated add-on for the occultist that I suspect people will end up taking more often than not.ĮDIT: It looks like the implement needs to be in your 'possession and present the implement to the target or toward the area of effect' when casting spells of the implement's school. Is there anything saying you have to be wielding the shield, as opposed to just keeping it on your back? (If you interpret 'hold' in its other sense, you may only need to have them on you (as opposed to somewhere else or in the possession of someone else) for it to count.) I'll hopefully let you know if / when we get to the bottom of that. I havnt looked at the occultist for quite a while, so double check that for yourself)Īside from that, the wording is a little unclear on gaining resonant powers, as you are required to 'hold' all the implements of a panoply to benefit from the resonant power - but at the same time one of the panoplies has three implements associated with it so you'd need three hands to 'hold' them in the conventional sense.

I like the warrior but you are stuck with a sword and shield.Īh I see, well for the purpose of the cleric panoply it needs to be a symbol, and for the purpose of the warrior's it needs to be a shield, but you can always select a second abjuration implement when you would gain a new school so you'd have both. I was trying to figure out if you could go with the warrior and cleric panoply since they share abj but guess not. What the feedback was.aka opinions on it. Done was some (like the phone changed was to wad) man I miss my keyboard.
